The ENG60INE crew responded to the alarm bells call. Assistant Chief 60 reported it was a clock-radio alarm that was going off, not a fire alarm. The incident changed to a welfare check on the resident who was not responding to the alarm, doorbell, phone calls, and knocking. As the crew was gaining entry, the resident woke up and all is well other than her being late for work.
