On Friday February 11th 2022 at 1417hrs. Station 60 was dispatched to Hill Road for a Small brush fire. Chief 60 (J.Topper) responded and arrived to find 1-1/2 acres on fire. Brush arrived and made access to the field on one side. Captain 60 (P. Stauffer) requested a additional Engine which brought E55-2, and requested a additional brush truck which brought Brush 53. Once Brush 53 arrived they were told to assist Brush 60 on fire extinguishment. Chief 60 also requested for Tanker 55 to be added.
The fire was placed under control shortly after with extensive over haul.
